Shipping Policy

Where We Ship
We currently ship to Oman and selected GCC countries (UAE, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Qatar, Kuwait).
If your location isn’t listed at checkout, please contact us at soulsom285@gmail.com and we’ll try to help.

Processing Times
Orders placed Sunday–Thursday before 1:00 PM (Gulf/Asia Muscat, UTC+4) are usually processed the same day.

Orders placed after the cut-off, on weekends, or on public holidays are processed the next business day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a tracking email when it’s dispatched.

Delivery Timeframes (Promise)
Oman (Domestic): 1–3 business days from dispatch

GCC: 3–7 business days from dispatch

We guarantee delivery within 7 business days of dispatch to serviced areas in the countries above.

Note: Very remote areas, severe weather, customs/security inspections, or force-majeure events are outside our control and may cause delays. If that happens, we’ll keep you updated and prioritize a resolution.

Shipping Rates
Oman: Flat rate [OMR 2.00]; Free shipping on orders over [OMR 60].

GCC: Calculated at checkout by destination and weight/volume.

 


Delivery Attempts & Address Issues
Please ensure your name, phone number, and address are accurate. We’re not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect details.

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us, we’ll contact you to re-ship (additional shipping fees may apply).

Click & Collect (If Offered)
If local pickup becomes available, details (pickup location, hours, ID requirements) will appear at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Pre-Orders & Backorders
Estimated dispatch dates for pre-order/backordered items are shown on product pages and emails. Your entire order may ship together unless you choose split shipping at checkout (extra charges may apply).

Customs, Duties & Taxes (Non-Oman Orders)
International (GCC) orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local authority. These are paid by the recipient and are not included in our prices or shipping rates. Please check local regulations before ordering.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Items
If your parcel is marked delivered but you can’t find it, please check with neighbors/concierge first, then contact us within 48 hours.

If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging, shipping label, and product so we can investigate and make it right.

Changes & Cancellations
Need to change your address or cancel? Email soulsom285@gmail.com immediately after purchase. We’ll do our best, but can’t modify orders that have already been dispatched.
