Returns & Refund Policy

At SOULS, we are committed to delivering exceptional, high-quality products. If your order arrives damaged, we are pleased to offer a refund or replacement in accordance with the policy below.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

Replacement Policy

Perfumes are eligible for replacement only if they arrive damaged. A new item will be issued under the following conditions:

  • The perfume is unused.

  • The product is in its original packaging.

  • The damage is reported within 3 days of receiving the order.

Please note:
Replacements are not offered for change-of-mind requests or products that have been opened or used.


2. How to Report a Damaged Item

To request a refund or replacement:

  2. Provide Proof
    Share clear photos of the damaged item and its packaging.

  3. Approval Review
    Our team will evaluate the claim and confirm whether a refund or replacement is approved.


3. Refund Process

  • Once approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 3 days.

  • If preferred, you may opt for an exchange for the same product instead of a refund.


4. Non-Returnable Items

  • Any perfume that has been opened or used.
